The accepted papers for presentation at the Conference of Energy Engineering, CIE 2009, to be held in Romania, Oradea, Băile Felix (Spa),  June 04-05, 2009, will be published in the Annals of University of Oradea. Fascicle of Energy Engineering appeared in 1995 and was edited by the Council of Energy Engineering Faculty, at University of Oradea.
The Conference Proceedings will be available at the conference.
